How much is shipping?

Maslow & Co subscription boxes: In regards to our subscription boxes – Maslow & Co. cover the cost of shipping within Australia. 

Full-size product purchases: A flat rate of $10 is applied to any purchases of full-size products purchased from our store, unless utilising a special discount offer. Please refer to the specific T&Cs.

How long will it take for my full-sized product order to arrive?

We process all orders of our full-sized products within 24 hours each business day. Fastways Couriers’ delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia, however orders outside of Western Australia will typically take between 3-5 business days, while WA deliveries will typically take one (1) business day.

You will receive tracking information from Fastways Couriers informing you of your parcel’s whereabouts. Please kindly note: you are required to sign for full size orders. 

How will I receive my monthly subscription box?

Your Maslow & Co. beauty and wellness box is sent bi-monthly via Fastway Couriers – unless you are located outside of the major metropolitan areas; in which case it will be delivered via Australia post. Your box will arrive between Monday to Friday on the first week of every second month, so make sure you nominate the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you’re not at home when your beauty box is delivered, don’t despair – our delivery instructions are to then 'leave in a secure place out of the weather'.

However please kindly note – Maslow & Co. cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly, or have not been updated prior to the collection of our shipment list; or if you fail to collect your Maslow & Co parcel from the post office following an attempted delivery.

Can I track the movements of my monthly box?

Yes. The moment we dispatch your beauty box from our external warehouse, we will notify you via email, and send you a tracking number which you can then use to track your parcel’s movements via the Fastway Couriers website.

Can I track the movements of my full size purchases?

Yes you can. The moment your purchase has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number which you can then use to track your parcel’s movements via the Fastway Couriers website.


How will I receive my full sized purchases from the website?

Your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday via Fastways couriers. Please note: all full size product purchases require a signature upon receipt. If you are not home at the time your package is delivered, you will be then need to collect it from your local post office.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not currently ship overseas. We will keep you posted if anything changes. 

RETURNS

Can I return full size product items, purchased outside of the Box.

No refunds apply to products received within your Maslow & Co. subscription box.

If you purchase a full size product through the Maslow & Co. website,  and you are not 100% satisfied , you can return your un-opened, unused full-size product(s) in its/their original condition to Maslow & Co., within 14 days of the date on the invoice for a full refund, upon pre-approval from Maslow & Co. Please note: Maslow & Co. will not refund any opened, used, discounted, clearance or sales products or items, or free gifts or samples.

My Box or items within the Box were damaged during delivery. Can I return it?

Yes, you can certainly return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we do everything in our power to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may become damaged during the delivery process. Should this happen to you, you can return the damaged items and we will send a replacement product out to you – we will also take care of the cost of the return and any additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will happily offer you a full refund. Please contact us at support@maslowandco.com.au to arrange.

Who do I contact to arrange a return?

If you intend to seek a refund, exchange or product replacement, you must first email us at support@maslowandco.com.au along with a photo of your damaged item/box to obtain prior approval. In your email, please include the order number and the reason for the return. Maslow & Co. will bear the costs of all domestic return shipping. Please return the items to:
