12th October 2017 | By Fiona Ngo

Delicious, healthy, nutritious food sounds like a complete myth but we promise you it isn't! It can actually be really fun, very easy and most importantly very nourishing for both your body and your skin. We spoke to Lynda, founder of Innergo and Innerego Apotheca for some of her favourite recipes (including DONUTS!!) using her elixir of youth, Apotheca's Immortal powdered tonic. Who knew donuts could be good for you?
